Rooms are stained carpets and flying bugs walls are stained With some awful matter just gross I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a good area, very close to great restaurants and stores along of options and many areas. Recently refurbished room with a spa tub, had a nice stay. The room also had central heating, flat screen cable TV and a microwave.

dirty carpet. I walked On carpet with no shoes my feet turned black. There was mosquitoes flying in the room. ac hardly blew cold air. I will never stay here again.

I like the convenience of the location and the offer of breakfast.

Bed was just okay.

I did not like the overall experience not a clean room not a good bed. The door lock was a problem

The hotel staff were great but the continental breakfast staff were too overbearing. They seemed to be guards overlooking your meals and almost counting the plates.

The staff is not as professional as I am use to ... lost my reservation and tried to over charge me. The exterminator was there treating another room or bed bugs. That's a plus - I think. Do not confuse with Country Inn & Suites across town. I did. My bad.

Free breakfast. There was always hot water for showers. The room was clean for the most except carpet. There was little outside noise. Some noise from the rooms next to us.

You get a ticket per person and have to finish eating by 9, or food was gone. two stories no elevator. Room was in the middle a little far to take luggage by hand. (No carts).

The refrigerator was making a clicking noise so I called the office to complain and the person told me that all of the refrigerators make that noise and there was nothing he could do. So I asked to be moved to another room and he puts me in a room that was supposed to be non-smoking but the room stunk really bad from smoke and the bed spread had a burn hole in it. But at least the refrigerator wasn't making noise. I guess his statement about they all make that noise was a lie.

Nicely renovated room, clean, free breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave were awesome.

Mattresses felt old, were uncomfortable. WiFi kept dropping connection.

The staff were friendly and helpful . Check-in was efficient and smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and well-ventilated with a comfortable work environment. The hotel also offered great amenities including a business center and free in-room WiFi, which facilitated my work needs effectively.

No notable negatives were encountered .

The pool area needs a thorough cleaning!!! The coffee maker in the room didn't work, and the decor appears a bit tired and in need of a refresh!!! Stains on bedding should be taken care of promptly!!!

The jetted tub was wonderful!!

The bed was very uncomfortable, hairs were found right underneath the bedding and on the clean towels.

Room needed to be cleaned better. Floor was gross. Desk attendant was not very friendly, she complained about everything. Asked for a non-smoking room, smelled bad of previous smoker and blanket had a cigarette burn in it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, which I appreciated after a long day. Plus, the location was convenient, with stores nearby for any essentials I needed.

The hot tub jets were not working.
